During this one hour zoom session, Ian will help the individual uncover the root to a limiting behavior or situations that have occurred or are occurring in order to feel more empowered and in touch with the core of one’s being and the divine. A sessions generally involves a conversation, a personalized meditation, and each participant leaves with a powerful and personalized practice to actualize that pearl that was uncovered during our time together. Each session occurs organically and is different with the highly variable nature of each individual.
