Winter Solstice is a very powerful time to pay homage to the darkness of life’s mysteries in anticipation for the return of the light. It is in the stillness of the dark night where we have the opportunity to enter, to awaken and birth the light of our becoming. As this sacred portal becomes accessible, there are divine opportunities and great lessons that await us.

Throughout this class, we will learn how to enter the stillness of the dark with awareness, in order to awaken to the power and peace that resides within us that can support our evolution, as well as utilize this opportunity to positively assist us during these transformational times.

Nina taught this class on the Winter Solstice from Transylvania, Romania, a holy place that is filled with a lot of ancient wisdom and sacred origins for these powerful transmissions.

On February 1st, we arrive at the sacred midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox—a powerful moment on the medicine wheel that invites alignment and renewal. This threshold marks a time to place our full attention on the seed that has been deeply rooted within us, now beginning to germinate.

That light assists in gently de-thawing what has been held dormant, inviting healing, clarity, and the awakening of our soul’s intent. The Spring Equinox marks a sacred threshold of balance - equal day and equal night - offering us a powerful opportunity to align with the natural momentum of returning light. This moment invites us to consciously turn toward what is ready to be born, rather than continuing to energize what is falling away.

Spring has long been honored as a time of renewal: when we wake up out of our hibernation, start to shake off the winter slumber and move toward the seeds we planted in the Fall. It is a season that calls us forward—toward growth, clarity, and focus.

During this class, Nina will guide us to attune with the unique energetic qualities of this Spring Equinox. We will focus our intent on the re-emergence of light, while also releasing unconscious or unhealthy patterns that keep us tethered to the past, so as to bare the fruits of what we desire to cultivate throughout this sacred cycle.
