As the Fall Equinox arrives, we stand at the threshold of a new cycle—a sacred turning point that invites us to begin again. Throughout this class, Nina will guide us to explore the landscape of our inner world so that we can create clear intentions while also identifying the patterns, beliefs, and obstacles that may be preventing us from fully embodying our highest potential.
