Website Purchases:

All tele-classes, ebook and store sales from anewearthmovement.org are final.

Prices for products and services offered by anewearthmovement.org are subject to change at any time.

Shipping:

ANEM ships products to USA, Canada and Mexico at this time. If there is an extended wait in delivery of a product purchased, please contact anewearthmovement.org and ANEM will determine how to proceed on a case by case basis

Legacy of Awareness Tele-Classes:

All sales of previously recorded and live ongoing tele-classes are final. If for any reason ANEM has to cancel a scheduled class or series, a credit for the amount paid will be issued back to the payee.

Private Spiritual Counseling Sessions:

The full payment for your session is due upon booking, $100 of which is non-refundable/non-transferable. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to the time of the session to receive a credit to be applied at a later date. If the session is canceled within 24 hours, a credit will not be granted unless cancellation is due to an unforeseeable act of God.

Power Journeys:

For each individual Power Journey, costs and timing of payments may vary. Non-Refundable/non-transferable deposits are due two and a half months prior to the date the trip begins.

The full payments must be received a minimum of fourteen days before the date of trip departure. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that your $600.00 deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable. Your remaining balance is refundable up to 30 days prior to the start date of the trip. If you cancel closer than 30 days to the event start date, you will not receive a refund. We strongly recommend Travel Cancellation Insurance for your airfare if there is a chance you may have to cancel for any reason.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release us from any further liability. A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our departure, causing large numbers of participants to cancel participation in the journey within the last days before departure.

We must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), we will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. We will use our best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and we will refund to you the amount recovered, if any. This policy applies to a trip cancellation by client choice following any necessary increase in trip costs

Mentorship & Advanced Mentorship Programs: 

We require a minimum number of participants in order to launch these programs. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due a month prior to the start date of the program. Once we have begun our Mentorship semester the full tuition is also non-refundable/non-transferable.
