In addition, his studies of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy are building an understanding of what it is to truly live in balance. Heather awakened to the healing power of Yoga as it was a necessity in her search for refuge. Since then, she has devoted her life to serving the community and deepening her connection to Spirit, which led her to A New Earth Movement. Her yoga practice, along with the profound guidance and teachings from ANEM, has transformed her life and expanded her horizons in all directions. She is honored to share this offering with the community.
