A combination of ANEM Spiritual Mentoring and a sacred art making practice; working together to align the heart and mind.
The session begins with dialoguing on a particular area you would like to put some attention on, and then you are guided into an art making practice by Allison that will allow for spirit to move through you while creating imagery with the art materials you choose to have in your sacred art making space.
The insight received during the session becomes awakened through the use of creative expression. At the end, you will have a piece of art that reflects a potent message that was meant to show up for you. Then you will be given the opportunity to reflect on your art piece as it pertains to your personal insight and intention. Often there is a writing piece at the end of the session to go along with your personal spirit & art process.
The session is conducted over video format. You will be provided with a list of potential art materials to bring to the session along with instructions to set up your personal sacred art-making altar in your creation space. No art experience necessary.
