We are swiftly approaching the midpoint between the Fall Equinox and the Winter Solstice. This marks a sacred point on the medicine wheel, and ancient wisdom explains that at this particular time the veil between worlds is the most thin and it provides us with the great opportunity to wake up and deepen our connection to our Ancestors, Ancestral Healing and our Spiritual Helpers.
