Nina acknowledges this present time on the planet where the frequency is high and the transformational fire is burning. Spring has long been honored as a time of renewal: when we wake up out of our hibernation, start to shake off the winter slumber and move toward the seeds we planted in the Fall. It is a season that calls us forward—toward growth, clarity, and focus.
During this class, Nina will guide us to attune with the unique energetic qualities of this Spring Equinox. We will focus our intent on the re-emergence of light, while also releasing unconscious or unhealthy patterns that keep us tethered to the past, so as to bare the fruits of what we desire to cultivate throughout this sacred cycle.
