This class opened with a meditation to ignite the postures of humility, stillness, and quietude in order to help us commune with the Holy Divine Mother. We were invited to remember that the Celestial Mother was with us at the time when we were in the womb of our birth mother, and how she is alive in the womb of our Mother Earth especially through the sacred waters. Nina acknowledges this present time on the planet where the frequency is high and the transformational fire is burning. One of the deepest desires that we have as humans to be in harmonic connection to each other, our life experiences, the Earth and most importantly ourselves. In this class series, we address the myriad facets of relationships. We go deep within and address the patterns that we have adopted in the present times that hinder our relationships as well as deepen our understanding of what it actually means to be “in proper Relationship” in a healthy and functional way.
