Over the past couple of years, many of Nina and Tudor's colleagues and peers have asked them to offer teachings on this subject, and the timing of it did not feel right until now. As of most recently, there is a strong Divine impulse that is instructing, and even urging them, to bring this body of wisdom forth. In this class series we dive deep into the purification of the four bodies; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and join with our intent together to work to cleanse our body systems and to purify and align with our highest wellness. On this journey, we identify our patterns and attachments that hinder our wellness, along with learning how to work as an ally to meet our goals and enter into an opportunity to heal the four bodies in order to rebirth the light and purest potential within ourselves. We dedicate each one hour class to one of our respective bodies (as well as an intro & closing class) and enter into an intensive teaching with respect to purification; and get to know the ways in which we can grow and align to best support this particular body for the acceleration of our awakening and well-being. 6 class recordings, each one-hour long. -
As the winter is thawing out, we approach the time of the springequinox. This is a sacred point on the medicine wheel where we, as seekers of truth, have the opportunity to realign with this sacred cycle for the benefit of our transformation; for as above so below. Traditionally the spring is the time where we wake up out of our hibernation. As we know, during this time of the spring equinox, the light and the dark are at equal lengths. With our greater awareness we can utilize this opportunity and choose to continue to explore our inner destination and God’s will for ourselves, and make sure that we align with the inherent momentum of the blossoming light rather than be magnetized, diverted and pursued by the darker, lower frequencies. Through this two class series, we address how to best align with the particularities of this coming season, focus our intent on the resurfacing of the light and let go of unhealthy patterns that keep us dwelling in the unconscious, in order to bare the fruits of what it is that we are wanting to cultivate throughout this sacred cycle.
